Customer Portal Guide

Access and manage your subscriptions easily. This page explains how to access the portal and what you can do there.

Accessing the portal

• Magic login links are sent in your subscription emails.
• From your store account: open Subscriptions in your account menu (if enabled).
• Direct login path: https://shredgummies.com/a/subscriptions/login
• When logged in, a portal link may appear in your account menu.

What you can do

• View subscriptions and upcoming charges.
• Edit a subscription (interval, addresses, items); pause/resume/cancel where allowed.
• Update payment method directly in the portal (where enabled).
• Manage invoices for recurring invoices; pay or generate an invoice when needed.
• Skip or reschedule upcoming payments where supported.
