Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

Subscription Program By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring shipments of your selected product(s) on the frequency you choose (e.g., every 30 days).

Minimum Commitment All subscriptions require a minimum of 2 deliveries before cancellation is permitted. Cancellation requests submitted before the 2nd delivery is fulfilled will not take effect until after the 2nd order ships.

Billing Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment. Pricing is based on the subscription rate at the time of each order. We reserve the right to update pricing with advance notice.

Cancellation After completing your 2-delivery minimum, you may cancel at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at shredgummies@gmail.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before your next scheduled order to avoid being charged for that shipment.

Skipping or Pausing You may skip or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal, subject to the 2-delivery minimum.

Modifications You may update your shipping address, frequency, or product selection at any time through your account. Changes take effect on your next scheduled order.

Refunds Subscription orders are subject to our standard [Refund Policy]. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled for that cycle.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
